Blister
Shuttle Tray
Place your fixture in the tray and place your blisters in the fixture.
Cover with a card and you're ready to seal and professionally package
your product.
Temperature
Gauge
You can adjust the temperature to achive the perfect seal between blister
and card.
Timer
Using the timer you can adjust the duration of the cycle to achieve
the best seal between card and blister.
Pressure Gauge
Assures the correct pressure is applied during sealing and gives a measure for adjustment.
Power indicator light.
Shows that the machine is plugged in, power is present, and the machine is turned on.
Pressure Adjustment
Pressure adjustment knob. Allows the operator to increase or decrease the pressure used
during sealing to obtain the optimal seal.
On/Off Switch
Turns the machine off and on.
